Trost Moving Pictures & Tracy J Trost Feature Film “THE LAMP” Earns 3 Nominees Including Best Feature Drama, Best Director & Best Actor

Tulsa, OK ~ Known as a leader in the world of independent filmmaking for his extraordinary cinematic storytelling, award winning director Tracy J Trost has been a visionary behind Trost Moving Pictures (TMP Studios). It is that vision that continues to garner accolades.  TMP Studios is proud to announce that Trost’s 2011 feature release, THE LAMP, has been nominated for Best Director and Best Feature Drama at the prestigious Trail Dance Film Festival. Also nominated for their acting performances in THE LAMP , are renowned Academy Award-winning actor Louis Gossett, Jr. and new comer Cameron ten Napel in the Best Actor category. This is Cameron’s first nomination and second film with TMP Studios.

Trost won multiple awards for A Christmas Snow, one of the most acclaimed and loved films of 2010, including Best Feature Drama, Best of Festival and Best Actor (Muse Watson) and in 2010 was recognized for his first feature, Find Me, honored with Best Feature Narrative.
