The official word is that both Thomas Jane (“Hung”) and Patricia Arquette (“Medium”) are filing for divorce. The two have been married since 2006 and were originally planning to divorce in 2009 but gave it one more try.
Janes rep told PEOPLE Magazine, “The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter. They ask that their privacy be respected at this time.”
The two have a daughter born in 2003.
