The Harris Sisters Return to Share Their Progress Since Premiere Week

Six-time Grammy Award winner Toni Braxton will guest co-host on ABC Daytime’s “The Revolution” for four consecutive days, March 26-29. The talented performer and star of the enormously popular series “Braxton Family Values” returns to the one-hour daily talk show to co-host the spring-themed week. “The Revolution” co-host and celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak will host a week-long series on celebrity fitness with exercises he uses to get his A-list clients into shape. Throughout the week, he will demonstrate moves to get Lady Gaga’s abs, Rihanna’s legs, Megan Fox’s butt, Katy Perry’s chest and Amanda Seyfried’s arms. Additionally, Long Beach, California natives Cherrell and Jamilla Harris, who were featured on the premiere week of “The Revolution,” return with a motivating update on their progress having continued their “Revolution” journeys.

MONDAY, MARCH 26 – “Spring Into Action” week begins with the introduction of guest co-host Toni Braxton; Harley’s week-long celebrity fitness series begins with exercises to get Lady Gaga’s abs; Jeff Lewis and Jenni Pulos (“Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis”); spring shoe fashions; internationally recognized speaker and youth advocate for sustainable food and agriculture, Birke Baehr; “My Revolution” with Boston viewer Gloria West, who shares her story of how the show inspired her to make a positive change.

TUESDAY, MARCH 27 – Toni Braxton returns to guest co-host; Harley’s week-long celebrity fitness series continues with a demonstration to get legs like Rihanna; Eileen Daspin (“The Manhattan Diet”); “My Revolution” with 13-year-old Kendall Levin, who discusses how she channeled her energy to pursue her passion after being bullied; the Harris sisters return to give an update on their now seven-month journey, having appeared on the premiere week of “The Revolution.”

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28 – “The Revolution” welcomes back guest co-host Toni Braxton; 10-year-old Cody McCasland shares his amazing spirit and inspiring story; Harley’s week-long celebrity fitness series continues with a demonstration on how to achieve a butt like Megan Fox; author and celebrity stylist June Ambrose (“Effortless Style”); Dr. Jen and Toni discuss chronic pain; the Harris sisters return with a demonstration of their favorite exercises.

THURSDAY, MARCH 29 – On her final day guest co-hosting, Toni Braxton welcomes her sisters and “Braxton Family Values” co-stars; Harley is joined by Toni and her sisters for a demonstration on how to get Katy Perry’s chest, as his week-long celebrity fitness series continues; Ty takes to the street to perform random acts of kindness; NFL’s oldest cheerleader and author Laura Vikmanis (It’s All About the Pom Pom).

FRIDAY, MARCH 30 – “Spring Into Action” week concludes; Kristen Maxwell (People Style Watch) joins Tim for a spring fashion show featuring looks worn by Hilary Swank, Charlize Theron and Cameron Diaz; Harley concludes his week-long celebrity fitness series with tips to get Amanda Seyfried’s arms; Annie Potts sits down with Tim to discuss her new ABC series, “GCB,” then joins Ty for a segment on common household items that do unexpected things; Dr. Jen and Dr. Tiffanie discuss the latest in medical news; Ty returns to the streets for part two of his random acts of kindness.
