“It’s BARK!”: Sponsored by Pedigree, “The View’s 2nd Annual Mutt Show,” FRIDAY, FEB. 19, featuring celebrity guest Bernadette Peters and her dog, co-host Sherri Shepherd taking viewers behind the scenes of the Westminster Dog Show, and David Frei from the Westminster Kennel Club judging the best of five viewers’ mutts and five mutts currently up for adoption from the North Shore Animal League. Additionally Mr. Frei will judge the “Best Overall Mutt,” and the winner will take home the Pedigree Dogs Rule Award and trophy.

Victoria Beckham is confirmed to co-host “The View,” ABC’s Emmy(r) Award-winning talk and entertainment show, live, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17 (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET) on the ABC Television Network. Beckham’s appearance will be her first as a featured celebrity guest co-host. Her first guest appearance on “The View” was in Sept. 2009.

In celebration of the upcoming 82nd Annual Academy Awards, live, Sunday, March 7 (8:00 p.m., ET) on ABC, the hosts of ABC’s “The View” roll out the red carpet and welcome a spectacular roster of Oscar and Golden Globe winners and past nominees, including 2010 Oscar nominee Carey Mulligan (“An Education”), who is making her first-ever appearance, live, WEDNESDAY, FEB. 17,

The program features Daytime Emmy(r) Award-winning hosts Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd. It’s the original forum in which real women discuss everyday issues, share their opinions and engage in colorful conversations. Since its launch, “The View” has received 28 Daytime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Talk Show and Outstanding Talk Show host honoring Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd. Daytime Emmy Award history was made on Aug. 30, 2009 when the hosts of “The View” were awarded the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Talk Show Host. It was the first time in the 36 year history of NATAS that multiple hosts were bestowed that honor in this category. “The View” has received 11 consecutive nominations for Outstanding Daytime Talk Show and 12 consecutive nominations for Outstanding Talk Show Host.
