Monkey Majik (consisting of Canadian brothers Maynard Plant and Blaise Plant, drummer Takuya “Tax” Kikuchi and bassist DICK) released their eleventh single “Aishiteru”. The song was used as a theme for the Japanese drama “Aishiteru -Kayo-“.
“Aishiteru” is a ballad written by Maynard, Blaise and Tax and is a keyboard/acoustic guitar driven track. A beautiful ballad but for those wanting a more beat-driven version of “Aishiteru” will enjoy the DJ Mitsu the Beats Remix. The coupling song off the single is “robots inc.” (written by the Plant brothers) features an all English rock track.
