Leighton Meester is suing her mother Constance because the $7,500 a month she has sent for her brother Alexander (who has medical issues) has been misused by her mother for cosmetic expenses and personal items.
Also, Meester is claiming her mother threatened to sue her for $3 million if she didn’t raise their monthly allowance to $10,000.
Constance Meester is counter-suing her daughter and said she sacrificed almost everything to advance her daughter’s career and that her daughter broke her financial promise, including attacking her last December.
According to Constance’s counter-suit, “Since Alexander receives 24 hour care from Constance, no alternative source of income is possible. As a direct result of Leighton’s breach, there are no funds to feed and care for Alexander.”
