  1. My Life Would Suck Without You

I really enjoyed Kelly Clarkson’s music when she hit after hit from her 2005 album “Unbreakable” with several hits which include “Since U Been Gone”, “These Hazel Eyes” and “Because of You” which she won two Grammy Awards.  But with the release of her 2007 album “My December”, for me… It was OK but I wasn’t listening to it repeatedly like I did with her 2005 hits.  I felt that excitement of her music was missing.

With the upcoming release of her fourth full-length album “All I Ever Wanted” slated for March 2009, the first CD single to come from that album is “My Life Would Suck Without You”.  I’ve read that in this new album, she would be collaborating with OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder and her music would incorporate more big chorus, more drum programming and music influenced by the band Garbage.

After listening to “My Life Would Suck Without You” repeatedly for a dozen times now, I have to say that this song manages to capture that excitement reminiscent to her past hits.  I really enjoy the rock music and melody of the overall track. Catch, energetic and fun!

So, if this was a peak into the upcoming music to expect from upcoming album “All I Ever Wanted”, then I’m definitely looking forward to hearing what Clarkson has coming up.  A solid CD single that Clarkson fans should be happy about!
