JANUARY MARKS BEST MONTH EVER IN OXYGEN HISTORY AMONG ALL KEY DEMOS

Oxygen.com Breaks One Million Unique Visitor Mark

NEW YORK – February 2, 2010 – Continuing its record-setting ratings streak, Oxygen earned its best month in the network’s history as all key demos tuned in like never before, according to Nielsen Media Research. Setting records across all platforms, Oxygen’s innovative digital assets continue to propel viewer engagement, which was reflected in double and triple digit increases, while the month marked a significant milestone as www.Oxygen.com broke one million uniques. And since the network launched the groundbreaking new social experience, www.OxygenLive.com, providing fans with a real time interactive way to watch original series, the site recorded a spectacular +142% increase.

“Our unique brand experience of interactivity and engagement combined with our ‘live out loud’ programming is the formula for our ratings success,” said Jason Klarman, General Manager, Oxygen Media. “This is great momentum as we get ready to launch our second night of originals.”

In primetime, the network posted double digit increases among all key demos with A18-49 up +18% (vs. January 2009), W18-49 (up +16%) W18-34 (up +18%), A18-34 (up +19%), and total viewers (up +23%). This comes on the heels of Oxygen’s best year ever for 2009. Additionally, Oxygen mobile has experienced enormous success with a +208% increase in page views and an astounding +290% jump in monthly uniques. A revolutionary social viewing platform, OxygenLive has further enhanced viewer experience generating 3.4 million page views in January alone. Powered by the spectacular performance of its original series “Bad Girls Club,” Oxygen delivered six telecasts with over one million A18-49 viewers and two telecasts drew over one million viewers among the coveted W18-49 demographic. And a recent telecast became the first in network history to break two million total viewers.
