Actress Dixie Carter is known for her role on the popular show “Designing Women” and also was on “Desperate Housewives”. A role that earned her an Emmy nomination.
But on the morning of Saturday, April 10th, the actress passed away.
Her husband, Hal Holbrook has released the following statement:
“This has been a terrible blow to our family. We would appreciate everyone understanding that this is a private family tragedy.”
