Did you love Cate Blanchett as Galadriel in the “Lord of the Rings” films? We definitely did! And now Cate Blanchett will be reprising her role as Galadriel in Peter Jackson’s upcoming film “The Hobbit”.
Jackson confirmed Blanchett’s appearance with the following statement, “Cate is one of my favorite actors to work with and I couldn’t be more thrilled to have her reprise the role she so beautifully brought to life in the earlier film”.
