Ashton Kutcher has been getting slammed by the entertainment publications after reports of a self-alleged mistress. And now with a sex tape being released of the woman, Ashton’s name is being used in the marketing of tape. According to the press release for the video by Vivid Entertainment, “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced.”
TMZ.com is reporting that Kutcher’s lawyers have sent Vivid Entertainment a letter that Vivid is infringing on their client’s “marketable celebrity identity value”.
