As a fan of the avex trax hybrid boy-girl band known as AAA, it is definitely a great feeling to see the group after two years of existence suddenly to get their recognition by entering in the Oricon Charts CD Single top 10 and after March 2007, the group has consistently broke into the top to or top 5.
This CD single helped catapult the group with their song “Climax Jump” used as a theme for the popular sentai TV series “Kamen Rider Den-O Form”.
“Climax Jump” is a fun and catchy J-Pop dance song by AAA (using the monicker AAA Den-O Form) and on avex’s avex mode label (typically used for their anime, seiyuu/idol or TV music).
The CD single features the regular edition of “Climax Jump” and four instrumental versions of the song (power-rock edit, sweet ballad edit, soul blues edit and instrumental of the regular edition).
Typically the instrumentals are reserved for inclusion in the original soundtrack of the series but in this case, the instrumentals are found only on this CD single and the soundtrack features a HIPHOP version of “Climax Jump”, my favorite version but unfortunately only two minutes long and the TV SIZE Edit version.
Nevertheless, if you are a fan of the song, by purchasing the CD single, you get four instrumental tracks of “Climax Jump” without having to purchase the soundtrack.
The CD insert comes with the lyrics of the song and a flyer for mu-mo.net.

I enjoy “Climax Jump” and if you are an AAA fan or enjoy the song from the “Kamen Rider Den-O Form” series, it’s a no-brainer to pick the CD single up.
I will say that since listening to the original soundtrack, the HIPHOP version has become my favorite version of the song. But the main caveat is that its only 2-minutes long and the original soundtrack does not come with the instrumental versions of the song.
So, the “Climax Jump” CD single is enjoyable and for the fans of the song and the group, you can’t go wrong with it because it does come with five tracks and definitely worth the $10.
