EMINEM has been out of the spotlight for several years and fans of EMINEM’s music kind of had this feeling he would be back. After the release of his memoir “The Way I Am” in Oct. 2008, it was the first time we heard his name in awhile and now he’s back with a new single and an upcoming album “Relapse” set for release in May 2009.
“WE MADE YOU” features a new humorous track produced by Dr. Dre and vocals by Charmagne Tripp featuring a track mocking female celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, Amy Winehouse, Jessica Alba, Britney Spears, Sarah Palin, Lindsay Lohan and Ellen DeGeneres.

“WE MADE YOU” is overall an enjoyable track. Music is ok, dig the beat and the way it compliments Slim’s overall rhymes but its all good. If anything, the vocals by Charlemagne Tripp really gave an added depth to the overall track. We know that Eminem can pull of some crazy and deep tracks but this one is more of a humorous track with a middle finger held up high to the celebs and letting know that Slim Shady is back!
Sure it’s received mix reviews from critics because of it’s content of “been there, done that” but you can’t deny that it’s great to have EMINEM back with his humor, his talent and most of all, going after the celebrities.
