NEW YORK, NY – January 8, 2018 – USA Network today announced it has greenlit MIZ & MRS. (WT), a docuseries chronicling the lives of WWE® Superstars (and married couple) The Miz and Maryse. The six-episode, half-hour series will feature the pair, known for being larger than life both in and out of the ring, as they become parents for the first time.

Produced by WWE® and Bunim/Murray Productions and expected to air in 2018, MIZ & MRS. (WT) will complement USA’s WWE® programming, which includes five hours of live programming each week, 52 weeks a year, with MONDAY NIGHT RAW and SMACKDOWN LIVE.

First introduced to TV audiences as one of the seven strangers on “The Real World: Back to New York,” The Miz parlayed his reality TV fame into a successful WWE® career. Making his WWE® debut in 2006, he has since gone on to become a seven-time Intercontinental Champion, four-time Tag Team Champion and WWE® Champion. He has also starred in several films produced by WWE Studios®, including “The Marine 3: Homefront,” “The Marine 4: Moving Target,” “The Marine 5: Battleground,” “Christmas Bounty,” “Santa’s Little Helper” and “The Marine 6: Close Quarters,” which is currently in production.

Maryse made her WWE® debut in 2006 and today stars on both MONDAY NIGHT RAW and E!’s hit reality series “Total Divas.” As the first two-time Divas Champion, the Montreal, Quebec native is one of the longest-tenured Champions in WWE® history, having held the title for 216 days. As a manager, she has also guided a number of her fellow Superstars to success, including The Miz. Outside of the ring, the former model has starred in the WWE Studios® film “Santa’s Little Helper” and is a real estate entrepreneur.

A long-time couple, The Miz and Maryse became engaged in 2013 and were married in 2014. In September 2017, they announced their pregnancy live on MONDAY NIGHT RAW to great fan excitement from around the world.

FOX has ordered a second season of AMERICAN GRIT, the competition series hosted and executive-produced by WWE® Superstar John Cena®, in which competitors are pushed beyond their limits in the ultimate test of strength, human spirit and most importantly, teamwork. The series is produced by Leftfield Pictures.

WWE®’S DESTINY LIVE ON SMACKDOWN®

NEW YORK and STAMFORD, CONN – June 20, 2016 – The destiny of all WWE Superstars will be determined on the first-ever live SmackDown on Tuesday, July 19 from 8-10 pm ET/PT on USA Network. A draft will be conducted by respective General Managers as to which talent will be chosen exclusively for Monday Night Raw® or SmackDown.

For the first time in history on back-to-back nights, these two distinctive brands (Monday Night Raw and Tuesday’s SmackDown) will compete with each other for television ratings, live events, and pay-per-views.

SMACKDOWN GOING LIVE ON USA NETWORK BEGINNING TUESDAY, JULY 19

NEW YORK and STAMFORD, CONN – May 25, 2016 – USA Network, the exclusive cable home to WWE’s marquee properties, announced that its weekly SMACKDOWN show will air live – for the first time ever – and move to Tuesdays every week beginning July 19 from 8-10PM ET/PT. With the SMACKDOWN move, USA Network will now offer five hours of live WWE programming a week, including the weekly three-hour live WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW (airing Mondays from 8-11PM ET/PT), with each show featuring a distinct cast, unique storylines and a dedicated writing team.

In 2016 to date, MONDAY NIGHT RAW is averaging 4.011MM total viewers, 1.873MM P25-54 and 1.846MM P18-49 L7, and SMACKDOWN in its current time slot is averaging 2.674MM P2+, 1.136MM P25-54, and 1.058MM P18-49+ L7, making USA the #1 cable entertainment network across the key demos on Monday and Thursday nights. In 2015, the two programs combined reached over 50MM viewers.  Both shows will now air live 52 weeks a year.

The series follows the courageous journey of Swagger, a highly-decorated ex-marine sniper who is coaxed back into action after he learns about a plot to kill the President. POST FRUITY PEBBLES CONNECTS FANS WITH WWE CHAMPION JOHN CENA

(June 18, 2013) – WWE Superstar John Cena can add another notch to his WWE Championship title, this time knocking Fred Flintstone® out of the ring, off of the box and out of TV commercials. Post Fruity Pebbles is expanding its existing partnership with WWE and Cena, through the launch of two new TV commercials, a photo app and an on-pack giveaway. Previously, John Cena appeared as a “Pebble-ized” character on special boxes of Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles, and now he’s back for more.

WWE SUPERSTAR JOHN CENA GRANTS MILESTONE 300TH WISH WITH MAKE-A-WISH

STAMFORD, Conn., June 20, 2012– WWE® (NYSE:WWE) Superstar John Cena set a Make-A-Wish record today granting his 300th wish to Hop Bottom, Pa. native Jonathan Littman. Cena, a Wish Ambassador and previous recipient of the prestigious Chris Greicius Celebrity Award, is the only celebrity to reach this milestone. He continues to be one of the most frequently requested celebrity wish granters.

Seven-year-old Littman was treated to a behind-the-scenes tour and John Cena’s personal seats at Monday Night Raw on June 18. WWE STUDIOS ACQUIRES SPEC SCRIPT INTERROGATION

STAMFORD, Conn., June 8, 2012– WWE Studios (NYSE:WWE) announced today it has secured the rights to Interrogation, a suspense thriller by Adam Rodin. With a bomb set to go off in Las Vegas on one of the busiest betting days of the year, the story focuses on a brilliant interrogator called in to question the prime suspect. As time runs out, we soon learn there’s an even bigger plan in place for both of them.

“Interrogation is a white-knuckle ride, filled with unexpected twists and turns,” said WWE Studios President Michael Luisi. “We are excited to begin work on Adam’s engaging screenplay.”

Adam Rodin was repped by Caren Bohrman at the Bohrman Agency. Bradley Buchanan, VP of Business and Legal Affairs and Richard Lowell, Senior Director of Development, negotiated on behalf of WWE Studios.

WWE SUSPENDS RANDY ORTON

STAMFORD, Conn., May 30, 2012 – In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE (NYSE:WWE) has suspended Randy Orton for 60 days effective today for his second violation of the company’s policy.
