New Original Drama DAMNATION to Premiere on November 7

NEW YORK, NY – September 11, 2017 – USA Network’s fall schedule was announced today, including the premiere date of the new original series DAMNATION on Tuesday, November 7 at 10/9c. The co-production from Universal Cable Productions and Netflix follows a bloody battle set in the 1930s as the fight between rich and poor escalates, centering on a preacher and the new strikebreaker in town.

MR. ROBOT – Season 3 Premieres Wednesday, October 11 at 10/9c

The critically acclaimed and Golden Globe®-winning MR. ROBOT follows Elliot Alderson (Emmy® Award winner Rami Malek), a cyber-security engineer who, along with Mr. Robot (Golden Globe winner Christian Slater) and fsociety, starts a revolution to change the world. Picking up immediately following the Season 2 cliffhanger, Season 3 will explore each character’s motivations and the disintegration between Elliot and Mr. Robot. The series also stars Portia Doubleday, Carly Chaikin, Stephanie Corneliussen, Martin Wallström, Grace Gummer, Michael Cristofer, Bobby Cannavale and Emmy Award nominee BD Wong.

DAMNATION – Series Premiere Tuesday, November 7 at 10/9c

An epic saga about the secret history of the 1930s American heartland, DAMNATION centers on the mythic conflict and bloody struggle between big money and the downtrodden, God and greed, charlatans and prophets. The pilot introduces Seth Davenport (Killian Scott, “71”), a man masquerading as a small town Iowa preacher in the hopes of starting a full-blown insurrection against the status quo. Focused on his mission, he is unaware that an industrialist tycoon has hired a professional strikebreaker named Creeley Turner (Logan Marshall-Green, “Quarry”) to stop the uprising by any means necessary. But unbeknownst to those around them, these two men already share a secret bloody past. The series also stars Sarah Jones, Chasten Harmon, Melinda Page Hamilton, Christopher Heyerdahl and Joe Adler. From executive producers Tony Tost (“Longmire”), Adam Kane (“American Gods”), James Mangold (“Logan”) Guymon Casady (“Game of Thrones”) and Daniel Rappaport (“Office Space”) on behalf of Entertainment 360, the pilot was written and created by Tost and directed by and executive produced by David MacKenzie (Oscar® nominated “Hell or High Water”). CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST Season 5.5 Premieres Tuesday, September 12 at 10/9c

USA Network’s hit reality series CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST follows the entertaining lives of outspoken patriarch Todd Chrisley and his over-the-top Southern family, which includes his loving wife Julie, their charming, strong-willed children Chase, Savannah and Grayson, and Todd’s beloved mother Nanny Faye. When the show returns for the back-half of Season 5 this fall, Chase celebrates his 21st birthday, Nanny Faye pulls an epic prank on Todd, Savannah hosts a fashion show and the family comes together as Julie awaits word on an all-too-familiar health diagnosis.

Serving as the perfect nightcap for Chrisley fans, the new half-hour after-show ACCORDING TO CHRISLEY will feature Todd tackling the truth about marriage, parenting, sex and relationships. With his tough love, sharp tongue and always humorous approach, Todd will interact with an audience, serving up quick-witted advice on a multitude of topics. Additionally, every episode will feature a member of the Chrisley family, as well as a celebrity guest. For the first time in 11 years since being drafted into the NFL, Antonio Cromartie is a full-time dad. Terricka, his wife, loves having Antonio home to help raise their five, soon to be six, kids, but Antonio’s OCD, intense competitiveness and his raising their kids the same way he would coach a football team may prove to be too much for the whole house! There’s not exactly a playbook for parenting, but as a team, Antonio and Terricka are making their own rules. Universal City, CA — USA Network and Universal Cable Productions (UCP) have an early holiday present for fans of their hit series PSYCH. Fake psychic detective Shawn Spencer (James Roday) and his best friend, Burton “Gus” Guster (Dulé Hill), will team up once again, returning to USA for the holidays, when the two-hour PSYCH: THE MOVIE premieres in December 2017. PSYCH creator Steve Franks co-wrote the movie with Roday and will also direct the special.

Lassiter (Timothy Omundson), Juliet (Maggie Lawson), Henry (Corbin Bernsen) and Chief Vick (Kirsten Nelson) will also return for the movie, which picks up three years after the series finale. The ambitious friends — along with some returning fan-favorite characters — come together during the holidays after a mystery assailant targets one of their own. A comedic thrill ride follows, as the wild and unpredictable PSYCH team pursues the bad guys, justice …and food!

Weekly Online Show to Begin July 20, Immediately Following Premiere Episodes of the Award-Winning Universal Cable Productions Drama

NEW YORK – July 11, 2016 – USA Network and The Verge, Vox Media’s technology and culture brand, will extend the MR. ROBOT fan experience online each week with the newly-announced MR. ROBOT DIGITAL AFTER SHOW HOSTED BY THE VERGE. Beginning in MR. ROBOT Season 2’s second week, on Wednesday, July 20, the after show will stream live at http://www.usanetwork.com/mrrobot and http://www.theverge.com following the conclusion of each week’s linear telecast.

As part of NBCUniversal’s partnership with Vox Media, the Mr. Robot Digital After show Hosted by The Verge will provide a live weekly deep dive into the series. Produced by Vox Entertainment, Vox Media’s Los Angeles-based development and production division, and hosted by The Verge’s editor in chief Nilay Patel, entertainment editor Emily Yoshida and cyber-security reporter Russell Brandom, each episode will feature an in-depth discussion about the most recent episode of Mr. Robot from both artistic and technological perspectives.

Each week, Nilay, Emily and Russell will discuss their own opinions and analysis of that night’s episode, and will host cast and crew members from the show for an insiders’ point of view on the show’s biggest moments. The Verge editors will break down the reality and potential imminence of the various hacking and cyber-security techniques used in each episode, while fans will also have the ability to interact with the hosts and their guests each week via social platforms.

NEW YORK – June 23, 2016 – USA Network today announced that it has added two episodes to the Season 2 order for MR. ROBOT, upping the Universal Cable Productions series from 10 episodes to 12 episodes. Sam Esmail, the creator and executive producer of the Golden Globe Award-winning drama, will direct all 12 episodes this season. Additionally, the award-winning series will kick off its second season on Wednesday, July 13 at 10/9c with a premiere night event that includes two back-to-back episodes — presented with limited commercial breaks — and a newly-announced live after show. Providing a behind the scenes look at the breakout drama, the one hour, live HACKING ROBOT after show will air on July 13, immediately following the two episode season premiere.

SMACKDOWN GOING LIVE ON USA NETWORK BEGINNING TUESDAY, JULY 19

— SMACKDOWN to Feature Distinct Roster and Storylines — — Conspiracy Thriller ‘SHOOTER’ to Premiere Immediately Following SMACKDOWN on July 19 at 10/9c —

NEW YORK and STAMFORD, CONN – May 25, 2016 – USA Network, the exclusive cable home to WWE’s marquee properties, announced that its weekly SMACKDOWN show will air live – for the first time ever – and move to Tuesdays every week beginning July 19 from 8-10PM ET/PT. With the SMACKDOWN move, USA Network will now offer five hours of live WWE programming a week, including the weekly three-hour live WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW (airing Mondays from 8-11PM ET/PT), with each show featuring a distinct cast, unique storylines and a dedicated writing team.

In 2016 to date, MONDAY NIGHT RAW is averaging 4.011MM total viewers, 1.873MM P25-54 and 1.846MM P18-49 L7, and SMACKDOWN in its current time slot is averaging 2.674MM P2+, 1.136MM P25-54, and 1.058MM P18-49+ L7, making USA the #1 cable entertainment network across the key demos on Monday and Thursday nights. In 2015, the two programs combined reached over 50MM viewers.  Both shows will now air live 52 weeks a year.

Beginning July 19, immediately following SMACKDOWN, USA Network will premiere the new original drama SHOOTER, starring Ryan Phillippe (“Secrets and Lies”), at 10/9c.  SHOOTER is based on the best-selling Bob Lee Swagger novel by Stephen Hunter, Point of Impact, and the 2007 Paramount film starring Mark Wahlberg. The series follows the courageous journey of Swagger, a highly-decorated ex-marine sniper who is coaxed back into action after he learns about a plot to kill the President. Mark Wahlberg (“Boardwalk Empire,” “Entourage”) of Closest to the Hole Productions serves as executive producer along with Stephen Levinson (“Boardwalk Empire,” “Ballers”) of Leverage Entertainment; Lorenzo di Bonaventura (“Transformers,” “The Real O’Neals”) and John Hlavin (“The Shield”). Universal Cable Productions Series Set as Lead-In to Critically Acclaimed Original Drama MR. ROBOT

USA Network announced today that the critically acclaimed drama SUITS is set to return for its sixth season on Wednesday, July 13 at 9/8c. The Universal Cable Productions series will be the lead-in to the previously announced second season of the Golden Globe® award-winning series MR. ROBOT on Wednesdays at 10/9c. 

For the past five seasons, SUITS has centered on the fast-paced Manhattan corporate law firm, Pearson Specter Litt, led by legendary lawyer Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and his not-so-legitimate associate Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), but after last season’s dramatic turn of events, everything has changed.

 

Season 6 begins immediately following the events of the shocking Season 5 cliffhanger that left Mike behind bars.  After signing a plea deal to spare his colleagues at Pearson Specter Litt, Mike will be confronted with the harsh realities of prison life as he starts his two-year sentence. Meanwhile, the once bustling Pearson Specter Litt offices are a ghost town – the partners have defected, leaving Harvey, Jessica (Gina Torres), Louis (Rick Hoffman), Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and Rachel (Meghan Markle) to pick up the pieces. But the firm’s troubles are far from over and they will have to deal with the fallout from Mike’s crime before they can even begin to rebuild.

Highly Anticipated Third Season to Premiere June 25 at 10/9c on USA Network Liu’s Episode is Scheduled to Air on Thursday, August 27 at 10/9c

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. –  Critically-acclaimed, award-winning actress Lucy Liu (“Elementary”) has been tapped to direct an upcoming episode on the third season of USA Network’s edgy one-hour drama series GRACELAND.  Liu’s episode is scheduled to air on August 27 at 10/9c.

GRACELAND is a truly gripping drama series with strong, dynamic characters and a knack for shedding light on the ‘human element’ of some very provocative storylines,” said Liu.  “As a fan of the series since its launch, I am so excited to be a part of this production and direct an episode for season three.”

Liu has achieved tremendous critical and commercial success in film, television and on Broadway.  She currently co-stars in and directed two episodes of the highly rated drama series “Elementary,” marking her television directorial debut.  In 2014, Liu directed her first short film, “MEENA,” based on a chapter from Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn’s bestselling book “Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide.”  This searing short film dealt with child trafficking in India and helped to raise awareness for UNICEF’s child protection programs worldwide.  A passionate human rights advocate, Liu has been involved with UNICEF as an ambassador for the past 10 years.

Season three of the series resumes after a deadly attack on Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit, “Les Miserables”) leaves his roommates struggling to maintain a sense of normalcy.  However, normalcy is difficult to come by in this Southern California beach house full of feds, especially after Paul Briggs gets coerced by his own agency into a high-risk cover operation within the Armenian Mafia.  In addition, Briggs’ pregnant counterpart, Charlie DeMarco (Vanessa Ferlito, “The Sopranos”) is on a mission to find the money launderer who nearly killed her, going undercover in the Florida Everglades with the aid of an unlikely friend.  Meanwhile, housemates Joe ‘Johnny’ Tuturro (Manny Montana, “Chicago Code”), Dale Jakes (Brandon Jay McLaren, “Falling Skies”) and Paige Arkin (Serinda Swan, “Breakout Kings”) find their “normalcy” as federal agents living in an undercover world of their own, each with bad guys to pursue and secrets to keep.  Now these FBI, DEA and ICE housemates must rebound, reunite and rebuild their life in their sanctuary known as GRACELAND.
