Born in Kobe, Japan, Yuya Matsushita debuted as a singer in 2008 with single “foolish, foolish”. Other songs include hits such as “LAST SNOW”, “Negaiga Kanau nara”, and “YOU”. His 1st album “I AM ME” reached at #7 on the Oricon chart and it was also released in Korea. The movie, “Kanashii Boyfriend”, featured Yuya’s song “Mr. ‘Broken Heart’” as its theme, and it also marked Yuya’s debut as an actor. More recently, Yuya has been starring in TBS TV drama, Quartet, which also featured his new song, “Paradise”.
