Britney Spears abuse story is “utterly false”

It all started with Star Magazine reporting that Britney Spears complained to her first husband Jason Alexander that her current boyfriend Jason Trawick beat her up and gave her a black eye. Supposedly, Jason Alexander (the childhood boyfriend of Spears that she married for 55-hours before annulling the marriage) said he secretly recorded Britney Spears confirming that she was beaten up. The phone call was reportedly to have been secretly recorded on October 10th.

Spears rep has fired back saying, “Every aspect of the story published by Star magazine is completely and utterly false.”

“The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr. Alexander in years. The audio recording … purporting to be between Britney Spears and Jason Alexander is so obviously fake as to be laughable.”

The audio recorded by Alexander was posted on radaronline.com.

Meanwhile, TMZ has gone to a certified audio expert who told them, “In my opinion, it’s not her voice in the recording.”

Jason Alexander stands behind the audio recording and tells Star Magazine, “I completely stand behind my story… that is absolutely my ex wife Britney Spears on that tape.”

IT’S “GLEE” AGAINST THE MUSIC WHEN BRITNEY SPEARS GUEST-STARS ON THE HIT SERIES TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, ON FOX

September 21, 2010 by · Leave a Comment

New Directions performs Britney Spears’ most iconic and memorable songs, including “Toxic,” “…Baby One More Time” and “Me Against The Music,” and the pop princess herself makes a special cameo appearance on an all-new, sure-to-be-fan-favorite episode of GLEE airing Tuesday, Sept. 28 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

“Working on GLEE was an amazing experience,” said Spears. “The cast is so talented, and I really had an incredible time working with Ryan Murphy.”

In the “Britney/Brittany” episode, MR. SCHUESTER (Matthew Morrison) insists that the glee club perform adult contemporary music at the school assembly, but the kids have other plans. As New Directions mounts its campaign to perform Britney Spears’ greatest hits, they learn that their own BRITTANY (Heather Morris) has a connection to the famous performer. Meanwhile, Will meets EMMA’s (Jayma Mays) new love interest, DR. CARL (John Stamos), who sparks a rivalry between the two men as they vie for her attention.

The sophomore season of GLEE, the biting musical comedy that has quickly become a pop-culture phenomenon, kicks off tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 21 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), with the “Audition” season premiere episode. After a tough loss at Regionals, the glee club is back as the underdogs of McKinley High. When the school is faced with even more budget cuts, Mr. Schuester pushes the kids to help recruit new members for the club. RACHEL (Lea Michele) and FINN (Cory Monteith) disagree on new recruits, including SAM EVANS (newcomer Chord Overstreet) and SUNSHINE CORAZON (international pop star Charice), and aren’t sure they will be able to come together in perfect harmony. Meanwhile, Sue meets her match when she goes head-to-head with COACH BEISTE (Dot Marie Jones), the new head of the football team.

GLEE is produced by Ryan Murphy Television in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan are co-creators of the series. Murphy, Falchuk, Brennan and Dante Di Loreto serve as executive producers. Become a fan of GLEE on Facebook at facebook.com/glee and follow the series on Twitter at twitter.com/gleeonfox.

Britney Spears – 3 (a J!-ENT World Groove Digital Single Review)

October 17, 2009 by · Leave a Comment

“Britney’s 30th single is sexy, fun and another chart topping hit guaranteed to make you dance and move!”

ARTIST: Britney Spears

DIGITAL SINGLE: 3

LABEL: Jive

DURATION: 3:33

RELEASE DATE:  October 6, 2009

  1. 3

Britney Spears returns with her 30th single titled “3″ produced by Max Martin (writer of Pink’s “So What”, Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” and “Hot N Cold” and also Britney’s “Baby One more Time”) and Shellback (co-writer of “Pink’s “So What” and Britney Spears last single “If U Seek Amy”).

The single is a song that will be featured in her upcoming greatest hits compilation “The Singles Collection” and another wonderful pop song that features that wonderful electropop vibe and revolves around threesomes.  The single features cool bass beats and a strong sexual innuendo with lyrics such as:

Merrier the more
Triple fun that way
Twister on the floor
What do you say?

Are – you in
Livin’ in sin is the new thing (yeah)
Are – you in
I am countin’!

1, 2, 3
Not only
you and me

Got one eighty degrees
And I’m caught in between
Countin’
1, 2, 3
Peter, Paul & Mary
Gettin’ down with 3P
Everybody loves ***
Countin’

Overall, the single is quite solid and definitely another enjoyable hit from Britney Spears.  The single has done well as it has debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and is the third Spear’s song to hit #1 (since 1998′s “Baby One More time” and 2008′s “Womanizer”).  I definitely look forward to the upcoming remixes for this single and for Britney fans, another single worth checking out!
