Demi Moore is ending her marriage to Ashton Kutcher

Demi Moore has released the following statement:

“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton.  As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.  This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”

Justin Bieber: Paternity Suit Dropped

TMZ.com has reported that Mariah Yeater’s paternity suit against Justin Bieber was dropped last week.

Not surprising as Bieber’s lawyers were threatening legal action.

In her original suit, the pregnant Yeater alleged that Bieber had sex with her backstage during an L.A. tour stop which Bieber had denied.

Ashton Kutcher gets into Twitter/Facebook trouble after prematurely defending Joe Paterno

Ashton Kutcher is one of the celebrities known to use Twitter to communicate with fans (and non-fans) but on late Wednesday night, the actor tweeted the following which didn’t go well with many people.

Kutcher tweeted, “How do you fire Jo Pa? #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste” .

Immediately, Kutcher felt the wrath of many upset people and apologized for tweeting without knowing the details of Joe Paterno’s firing.

By then, Kutcher realized his mistake and tweeted the following at 11:00 PM PST:

We are seeing a number of mistakes on social media and interviews recently (ask Brett Ratner) but at least, Kutcher was able to realize his mistake immediately and even took part in responding to those who blasted him and agreeing with them for his mistake.

In one retweet, Kutcher replied, “U r right, I need 2b more responsible 4 my voice” and “there is truth in that, I make mistakes “.

But surprising was his final tweet of him actually going to stop Tweeting until he can find a way to “properly manage his feed”.

After his final tweet for the night, fans took to Twitter and Facebook to let Kutcher know that everyone makes mistakes, those who felt bad for the actor because his mistakes are magnified as a celebrity and those who are able to forgive and comments for those who can’t.

Ashton Kutcher has decided to go the way of hiring people to be responsible for tweeting, such as what other people such as Britney Spears, Lady Gaga have done.  Kutcher posted the following on his blog:

A collection of over 8 million followers is not to be taken for granted.  I feel responsible for delivering an informed opinion and not spreading gossip or rumors through my twitter feed.  While I feel that running this feed myself gives me a closer relationship to my friends and fans I’ve come to realize that it has grown into more that a fun tool to communicate with people.  While I will continue to express myself through @Aplusk I’m going to turn the management of the feed over to my team at Katalyst Media to ensure the quality of it’s content.  My sincere apologies to anyone who I have offended. It was a mistake that I don’t think will happen again.

Lindsay Lohan sentenced to 30 Days in Jail

Lindsay Lohan’s parole violation took place today and the judge has sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 30 days in jail, but due to overcrowding in Los Angeles, the sentence will more than likely be five days according to prosecutors.  Lohan will have to surrender on November 9th.

Prosecutors said Lohan has not taken her probation seriously and cancelled 14 of the 19 psychiatric sessions and leaving early in three of the five appointments.  Also, at the women’s shelter where she was to serve her probabation, Lohan did not attend 12 of the 20 scheduled shifts.

This time Judge Sautner was not so pleased with Lohan and gave her by December 14th to serve 12 days at the morgue as part of her community service and also to attend four psychiatric sessions.

After weeks of speculation, Jessica Simpson has announced on Twitter that she is pregnant!

Johnny Depp appears in Ricky Gervais’ “Life’s Too Short”

Probably something that we never saw coming… Especially how Ricky Gervais dissed Johnny Depp (and Angelina Jolie) for their film “The Tourist”.

For those who don’t remember, when Gervais was the host and doing his monologue, he said, “It seems like everything this year was three dimensional – except the characters in The Tourist”. And when the camera panned on Depp, let’s just say, he wasn’t looking too thrilled.

But of course, Depp is known to take those jokes in stride and in Gervais’ upcoming show “Life’s Too Short”, Depp confronts Gervais’ on what took place at the Golden Globes.

Tony Romo and wife Candice are expecting a baby

Tony Romo was visiting Cedar Hill High School near Dallas and a student asked if they had any kids, Tony told the crowd, “No. I don’t have any kids.” (in which the young ladies in the crowd began to cheer)

But Romo followed up with, “I’ve actually got one on the way. My wife’s pregnant.”

Jessica Simpson must be pregnant, unless she ate a big breakfast on her flight to NY…

OK, I know it’s a corny headline but today’s news is regarding Jessica Simpson and whether or not photos of her arriving at JFK from LAX today showcasing her pronounced belly.

Well, she looks pregnant to me.  But at the same time, it’s quite interesting to see media being so PC about it.  Not wanting to upset the singer just in case she was not pregnant.

But seriously, she definitely looks like she is pregnant to me. That is unless she ate a big breakfast on her flight out to New York.

 

Milla Jovovich steamed at the lack of promotion of “The Three Musketeers”

Actress Milla Jovovich took to Twitter to show her displeasure to Summit Entertainment for not properly promoting her film “The Three Musketeers”.
