Since 1996, BENTEN Tokyo and SXSW Asia Rep have held a yearly showcase called JAPAN NITE US TOUR. J!-ENT has covered this event, for nearly ten years.
With the tour beginning on March 14th in Austin, Texas, JAPAN NITE concluded in San Francisco at The Independent on March 24th. Performing on the final night were the following bands: Jake stone garage, Chihiro Yamazaki + Route 14 Band, Pirates Canoe, FOUR MINUTES TIL MIDNIGHT and JOSY.
