Team NINJA, today released new details for DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE set for a fall 2013 launch on PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. The dream lineup gets even deadlier with the addition of VIRTUA FIGHTER’s Indy Car bad boy and Jeet Kune Do master Jacky Bryant along with long time DOA fan favorite Ein, who returns in incredible fashion, showcasing stunning new character and costume designs. Team NINJA has also revealed two spectacular new stages and additional costumes and modification options for the ultimate Dead or Alive 5 package, a must-have for all fighting game fans.
Jacky Bryant, known as Blue Flash in indie racing circles, is the fourth fighter to crossover from the VIRTUA FIGHTER universe. Older brother to Sarah Bryant, Jacky has resolved to take down the mysterious organization J6 who has targeted Sarah. Entering a new type of battle, Jacky will collect information to prepare for the inevitable showdown with J6. Skilled in the art of Jeet Kune Do, Jacky brings his own style to the arena with mercilessly fast chains and combos forcing opponents to stay on the defensive.
Fan favorite, Ein makes his first return to the franchise since DOA2. Known as “The Iron Fist with a Lost Past”, Ein was discovered deep within the Black Forest of Germany without any memory of his past. Saved by a karate master, he eventually learned his true identity as Hayate, Kasumi’s brother, and of his kidnapping by DOATEC for the purpose of human research for “Project Epsilon”. However, whether his memory has fully returned is questionable. Ein is a well-rounded fighter ideal for fighters new to DOA whose deadly karate punches send opponents flying into walls and Danger Zones.
There are even more dynamic interactive stages in DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE with the reveal of “Lost World” and “Forest”. In “Lost World”, high above the clouds a battle rages atop a steep vertical stone cliff against a backdrop of distant waterfalls. Fighters must take extra caution in the deceptively serene stage riddled with hazardous areas of narrow footing and massive stone pillars that result in extra damage when thrown against. The second stage “Forest” takes fighters into the fall season in a dense forest replete with the beautiful hues of autumn foliage. Battling along a single road that gets increasing steep as it approaches the mountains, players will use elevation to gain a strategic advantage on their opponent.
Additionally, DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE brings a wealth of new costume and options to the DOA champions. Hitomi sports a new hairstyle with her new denim jacket and jean outfit. Kasumi’s new blue cardigan stands out against the red, orange and yellow tones of the “Forest” stage. Christie is likely to wield even harsher punishment outfitted as a police officer. And this is just the start, with these being just a few of the many costumes that will be included in DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE the best 3D fighting experience to date.

Additional Content Revealed At Launch Of New Resident Evil Title
The critically acclaimed survival horror title takes players back to events that took place between Resident Evil®4 and Resident Evil®5, revealing the truth about the T-Abyss virus. Featuring series favorites Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield, the action begins on board a supposedly abandoned cruise ship, the ‘Queen Zenobia,’ then moves to the mainland and the devastated city of Terragrigia. With limited ammo and weapons available, the race is on to survive the terrors that unfold.
Complete with high quality HD visuals, enhanced lighting effects and an immersive sound experience, the fear that was originally brought to players in Resident Evil Revelations on the Nintendo 3DS™ system returns redefined for home consoles. Furthermore, the home console version delivers added content that includes a terrifying new enemy – the Wall Blister, extra Infernal Mode difficulty level and improvements to Raid Mode such as new weapons, skill sets, and the added opportunity to play as Hunk and mysterious blonde Rachael. First introduced in the original version of the game, Raid Mode is an online co-op or offline solo mode where players level up their characters and earn weapon upgrades as they face hordes of enemies across a variety of missions.
Gamers will be able to further their Resident Evil Revelations experience with the release of game add-on content. Weapon upgrades for each of the playable characters will be available to purchase in two separate packs – ‘Resistance Set’ and ‘Enhancement Set.’ Each pack will contain six upgrades that can be purchased for 160 Microsoft Points or $1.99 / €1.99 beginning on June 4. Beginning June 11 two additional characters will be available for players’ use in Raid Mode- ‘Rachael Ooze,’ the infected mutation of the mysterious blonde; and a female version of series favorite Hunk, known only as ‘Lady Hunk.’ Each character can be purchased for 240 Microsoft Points or $2.99 / €2.99 and will complement a full roster of existing Raid Mode characters. Finally, weapon upgrades for Jill Valentine, Parker Luciani and Jessica Sherawat will be available from June 18 and priced individually at 80 Microsoft Points or $0.99/€0.99.

Courtroom Hero Phoenix Wright Returns this Fall
SAN MATEO, Calif. — May 13, 2013 — Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, today confirmed that Phoenix Wright™: Ace Attorney™ – Dual Destinies will be available to purchase digitally on Nintendo 3DS™ across Europe and North America in Fall 2013.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, previously announced for the West as Ace Attorney™ 5, sees the return of courtroom hero Phoenix Wright. Set eight years since his last appearance in the courts, the first case in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies sees the action start in a destroyed court room. It’s down to Phoenix Wright and his team at the Wright Anything Agency to discover the cause of the destruction. Players will have to battle it out in court against Gaspen Payne, the younger brother of Winston Payne from previous Ace Attorney™ titles, as they defend the accused.
The much loved gameplay and features from previous titles in the Ace Attorney series return but for the first time with stunning 3D graphics, bringing the courtroom and characters to life and putting players directly in the heart of the action. Players will need to investigate each crime scene with dynamic 3D visuals, making it possible to change views and zoom-in on areas to uncover any hidden evidence or clues. The drama continues in the court room as players present their evidence, challenge witnesses and begin to unravel the truth behind each of the cases in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies.
Joining Phoenix is the young Attorney Apollo Justice and new Associate Attorney Athena Cykes. Athena’s unique ability to psychoanalyse witnesses introduces a brand new element to proceedings. Using Athena’s ‘Mood Matrix’ players can detect the emotional state of a witness and tell whether they’re surprised, angry, happy or sad. Players can compare these feelings with the statement given by the witness, point out any contradictions between the two and challenge the witness testimony.

Journey Takes Home 5 Awards!
LOS ANGELES, CA – The Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.), the non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and recognition of game audio, is proud to announce the winners of the 11th Annual G.A.N.G. Awards.
Voted and judged upon by the game audio industry and members of G.A.N.G., the finalists represent an array of the best audio in video games from 2012. A 75 person Advisory Committee helped in deciding each of the final nominees which included hundreds of hours of research, listening, watching and playing. Over 2,500 people representing over 30 countrieshave signed up as members of G.A.N.G. since its inception in 2002. The final winners, voted on by the general membership of G.A.N.G., included multiple wins for Journey. Other notable winners included Halo 4, Diablo III, Unfinished Swan and Far Cry 3.
The award show has become an annual tradition, drawing standing room only crowds and has become the centerpiece of the audio track at the Game Developers Conference. New Modes, Dynamic New Stages and Deadly New Fighters Highlight
Definitive DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Title
BURLINGAME, Calif. – MAY 9, 2013 – Team NINJA, today confirmed that DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE is being developed for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. The game will be published by Tecmo Koei America this fall as both retail packaged goods and digital download. DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE heightens the signature DOA fighting style with the inclusion of all of the new modes from DEAD OR ALIVE 5 PLUS, new stages and new fighters, including the first ever DOA appearance of Momiji and levels from the NINJA GAIDEN’s series to deliver the best in fighting entertainment.

DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE is the definitive DEAD OR ALIVE 5 package, with new content aimed to bring players the best 3D fighting experience to date. The addition of modes from DEAD OR ALIVE 5 PLUS, including “Move Details Plus” and a tutorial mode, will allow novice and expert fighters to refine their fighting style with razor-fine precision.
Players will take on the roles of their favorite DEAD OR ALIVE fighters—as well as combatants new to the franchise—in an intense, action-packed brawler set in visually striking locations from around the world. The game’s dynamic interactive stages include the return of classic fan favorites as well as new locations from the NINJA GAIDEN series, such as Sky City Tokyo, and features deadly new danger zones including the Great Buddha Statue that change with the flow of the fight.
Characters in DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE continue to push a sensual yet realistic style, rendered in incredibly lifelike detail bringing every fighter to life in the heat of combat. The largest lineup in DOA history includes the first ever appearance of NINJA GAIDEN’s Momiji who utilizes the Hayabusa-style Aikijutsu taught to her by the master himself, Ryu Hayabusa. Soon to be announced additional characters will also add to the massive cast of fighters from DEAD OR ALIVE 5 which includes Ryu Hayabusa, Hayate, Ayane, Kasumi, Hitomi, Bayman, Christie, Lei Fang, Zack, Kokoro, Bass, Rig, Jann Lee, Helena, Lisa, Brad Wong, Eliot, Tina, along with Akira, Pai and Sarah Bryant from the Virtua Fighter series.
Along with a plethora of single-player modes including story mode, DEAD OR ALIVE 5 ULTIMATE will retain Online battles allowing players to compete head-to-head in a variety of playing fields and battle modes with another opportunity for fighters to improve their skills as they watch competitive matches.
