Sean Penn receives 3-years probation and 36 hours of anger management sessions

Actor Sean Penn has received 3-years probation and 36 hours of anger management sessions for his scuffle with a paparazzi photographer back in October 2009. The actor had pleaded guilty for misdemeanor vandalism for kicking a photographer.
Penn is also having to serve 300 hours of community service in which the actor is doing in Haiti for earthquake victims through his organization.
