Mischa Barton being sued by landlord

E! has reported that Actress Mischa Barton is being sued by her New York landlord for failing to pay three months of rent (her rent for her Tribeca apartment cost around $7,000 a month). Originally, Barton (and other talent) moved to New York to be part of the CW drama series “Beautiful Life” but the series was canceled after two episodes.
The landlord M.R.A. Realties are suing for the money owed plus legal fees. Ouch!
