“GUNDAM UC” EVENTS AT OTAKON 2012

JULY 24, 2012 (TOKYO, JP) – Bandai Visual Co., Ltd., a leader in the development and production of Japanese animation announced their events today related to “Mobile Suit Gundam UC (Unicorn)” at the upcoming Otakon 2012. Followed by the success at Anime Expo 2012, Bandai Visual is honored to join the several events with staff and cast from “Gundam UC”. Otakon will be held from July 27 to July 29, 2012 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Tetsuya Kakihara and Michael Sinterniklaas, Japanese and English voices of “Gundam UC” Character Angelo Sauper respectively, have been invited to Otakon as Guests of Honor. Joining them will be Shin Sasaki, Sunrise’s Genereal Manager of Gundam Division, who has been invited as an Industry Guest. Together, they will be hosting several autograph sessions, an East Coast premiere of “Gundam UC” episode 5 along with a Q&A session afterwards. A special surprise contest amongst fans is planned to be held during the Q&A session.
Bandai Visual will have a booth (Booth #IND15) together with Aniplex of America and Palos Verdes Peninsula Filmworks. There are events at the booth and Otakon halls. Following is the schedule:
