WAREHOUSE 13’S EDDIE MCCLINTOCK TO STAR IN NEW SYFY SATURDAY ORIGINAL MOVIE THE BOOGEYMAN

New York, NY – December 6, 2010 – Warehouse 13’s Eddie McClintock will star in the upcoming Syfy Saturday Original Movie The Boogeyman (working title). Now filming in Bulgaria, the movie is scheduled to air on Syfy in 2011.

In a modern-day retelling of the Cain and Abel story, The Boogeyman, which also stars Emma Samms (Dynasty, General Hospital), is about a deadly supernatural creature who escapes into the world after its keeper suddenly dies, killing indiscriminately while hunting for a new human to be its “brother.” It finally targets a young boy  – the son of a widowed cop, played by McClintock. The movie is a production of UFO Films.

On Tuesday, December 7, at 10PM (ET/PT), Syfy will premiere the first ever stand-alone holiday episode of Warehouse 13.  In the Secret Santa episode, Pete (Eddie McClintock) and Myka (Joanne Kelly) hunt down a malevolent Santa Claus, while Artie and his estranged father (played by guest star Judd Hirsch) reunite after 30 years.

And don’t forget — pop princess rivals Debbie Gibson and Tiffany square off in the Syfy Saturday Original Movie Mega Python Vs Gatoroid Saturday, January 29, at 9PM (ET/PT).
