Elisabeth Hasselbeck, a Daytime Emmy Award®-winning co-host of ABC’s “The View,” and her husband, ESPN NFL analyst Tim Hasselbeck, are changing jobs. Elisabeth has already spent an afternoon on the ESPN campus in Bristol, CT, where she appeared in Tim’s place on ESPN programs, including “NFL Live” to discuss the NFL playoffs and other sports topics. Tim completes the job swap, live, THURSDAY, JAN. 28 when he occupies Elisabeth’s seat on “The View” (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET) on the ABC Television Network. This marks the first time that Tim will serve as a guest co-host. The former NFL quarterback will share his perspective and match wits with the all-female panel as they discuss the latest news, celebrity gossip and events of the day.

Oscar De La Renta is the next icon to be interviewed in the new weekly segment, “Fashion Friday,” an exclusive all-access pass into the life, legacy and creations of the world’s most celebrated fashion designers, Friday, Jan. 29.

41st NAACP IMAGE Award nominations: “The View” (Outstanding Talk Series), Sherri Shepherd (Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series for “Sherri” on Lifetime), Whoopi Goldberg (Outstanding Literary Work – Children) for Sugar Plum Ballerinas: Toeshoe Trouble” (Disney-Jump at the Sun/Disney Book Group).

The program features Daytime Emmy® Award-winning hosts Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd. It’s the original forum in which real women discuss everyday issues, share their opinions and engage in colorful conversations. Since its launch, “The View” has received 28 Daytime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Talk Show and Outstanding Talk Show host honoring Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd. Daytime Emmy Award history was made on Aug. 30, 2009 when the hosts of “The View” were awarded the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Talk Show Host. It was the first time in the 36 year history of NATAS that multiple hosts were bestowed that honor in this category. “The View” has received 11 consecutive nominations for Outstanding Daytime Talk Show and 12 consecutive nominations for Outstanding Talk Show Host.

“The View” is broadcast in HDTV with 5.1-channel surround sound, and is now available to watch online daily at 4:00 p.m., ET/1:00 p.m., PT on the ABC Digital Full Episode Player at ABC.com. “The View” is produced by ABC Daytime and Ms. Walters’ Barwall Productions, with Ms. Walters serving as executive producer along with Bill Geddie, who also serves as executive producer for “The Barbara Walters Specials.” “The View” is directed by Mark Gentile. Musical performances produced and directed by Mark Gentile.

THURSDAY, JAN. 28 – Kevin McKidd (ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy”); behind-the-scenes of co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s job swap with her ESPN analyst husband Tim Hasslebeck.

FRIDAY, JAN. 29 -Catherine Zeta-Jones (Broadway’s “A Little Night Music”); co-host Joy Behar’s “Month in ReVIEW,” Fashion Friday with designer Oscar De La Renta.
