Global music superstar Justin Bieber, a two-time Grammy-nominated artist, helps ring in the holidays live on “The View,” WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23 (live weekdays; 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET; broadcast live in stereo; CLOSED-CAPTIONED; TV-14) on ABC. The 17-year-old singer, who is currently promoting his first Christmas album, is confirmed to perform live. Bieber is also kicking off his ambitious “Believe Charity Drive” and will donate a portion of the proceeds from the November 1st holiday release, “Under the Mistletoe,” to charity.
