Derry City, Ireland native Damian McGinty, 18, became the season one winner of Oxygen’s “The Glee Project†which earned him a seven episode arc on FOX’s hit series “Glee.†Previously, McGinty toured with the Irish vocal group “Celtic Thunder” and had been performing with them since the age of 14. While he has a lower voice than most male pop singers, McGinty is a versatile vocalist who has learned to master many different styles.
Fans of Damian and “The Glee Project” can talk to McGinty (from the set of “Glee”) beginning at 7:00 PM/ET.
