SIX NEW SINGLES TRY TO FIND LOVE IN THE DARK ON THE SEASON 2 PREMIERE OF “DATING IN THE DARK,” MONDAY, AUGUST 9 ON ABC

“Episode 201” — Back for its second season, “Dating in the Dark” is the unique reality series that asks the age-old question, “Is Love Blind?” In the premiere episode, three men — nerdy Dave, sexy Storm and fat-phobic Joey – move into a house with three women – spunky Kym, bubbly Natasha and Country singing beauty Jessica – where they’ll be totally sequestered from the opposite sex while given the opportunity to date in complete darkness.  With looks taken out of the equation, these six singles will do whatever it takes in the darkroom to find their perfect match, on the season two premiere of “Dating in the Dark,” MONDAY, AUGUST 9 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

After several days of dating each other in the darkroom, the participants will select the one member of the opposite sex that they want to see revealed in the light. Then, for the first time, they will see whom they’ve been dating, pursuing, kissing and forming bonds with. After they see each other in the light, they’ll have to make the difficult decision… do they stay with the person they fell for in the dark or leave that person behind?

“Dating in the Dark” is hosted by Rossi Morreale.
