Stacey Lewis is the Featured “Hero” Story of the Week

“The Revolution” tackles the important topics of sexual abuse and overweight teens the week of MARCH 12-16. Inspired by featured “Hero” Stacey Lewis and her long kept secret of sexual abuse that began at the young age of five, ABC’s new, one-hour daily talk show will focus on vital information that can help to prevent abuse. Legal analyst and television host Nancy Grace discusses abuse cases in the headlines and important information for protecting children. Also, motivated by Stacey’s story, “The Revolution” will dedicate an entire episode to helping overweight teens on Wednesday, March 14. Additionally, chef Curtis Stone sits down with Tim Gunn to discuss his inspiration for cooking healthy food.

MONDAY, MARCH 12 – Free Yourself: Chef Curtis Stone sits down with Tim Gunn and later shares an easy to prepare healthy meal; Harley demonstrates the cathartic relief of exercise in just 90 seconds; Stacey Lewis is introduced as the weekly “Hero” and is revealed one month into her “Revolution” journey.

TUESDAY, MARCH 13 – Sex Abuse Secrets: “Hero” Stacey Lewis reveals her long-guarded secret of sexual abuse; legal analyst and television host Nancy Grace discusses abuse cases in the headlines and important information to protect children; criminologist and behavioral analyst Casey Jordan joins Dr. Jen and Dr. Tiffanie with information on what to do if you learn a child has been abused, as well as important tips for prevention.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14 – Overweight Teen Boot Camp: “Hero” Stacey Lewis reveals how her bad eating habits have affected her children; Tim sits down with four teens who share their personal and painful stories as a result of being overweight; Ty motivates the teens to focus on their strengths; Dr. Jen with important information on weight-related diseases that can be prevented; Harley shares exercises that teens can do in their own homes; Ty and Dr. Tiffanie with an update on “Hero” Stacey Lewis.

THURSDAY, MARCH 15 – Stop Wasting Money Today: Personal finance expert Farnoosh Torabi with tips to stop wasting money: need vs. want; Tim with a luxury-for-less fashion show; Farnoosh joins Harley with cost saving tips for food; Ty is joined by Tim for a demonstration on repurposing items and furniture in your home; Dr. Jen shares inexpensive home remedies; Ty and Dr. Tiffanie with a four-month update on “Hero” Stacey Lewis and how her “Revolution” has changed her relationship with her husband.

FRIDAY, MARCH 16 – Fresh Start: Tim hosts a “fresh start” fashion show with exciting looks for spring; beauty expert Regine Berthelot joins Dr. Jen with surprising ways to use alcoholic beverages for skincare; Tim helps Ty demonstrate how to reuse moving supplies; “Hero” Stacey Lewis joins the co-hosts in studio at the end of her “Revolution” journey and talks about her “fresh start” with the most important people in her life – her family.
