SEASON FINALE OF SYFY’S SMASH HIT SERIES ‘FACE OFF’ BECOMES CHANNEL’S MOST WATCHED UNSCRIPTED TELECAST EVER BASED ON LIVE +7 DATA

NEW YORK – April 2, 2012 – The second season finale of Syfy’s smash hit Face Off became the most watched unscripted telecast in the channel’s nearly 20-year history, transforming 3.58 million total viewers, based on Live+7 data.

This also established a Syfy original series record – for scripted and unscripted programs – for most Adults 18-34 viewers with 1.01 million.

Adding more than one million total viewers from 7-day playback, the telecast also set series records in Adults 25-54 (2.07 million), Adults 18-49 (2.03 million) and household ratings (2.4).

Face Off’s season two finale more than doubled season one’s finale among Adults18-34 (121%), Adults18-49 (104%), Adults 25-54 (112%) and total viewers (110%).

Face Off will return for a third season this Summer.
