A FINALE THAT LEAVES ELIMINATED PLAYERS SOAKING WET

“Drop Me, Man! Just Drop Me, DROP ME!!” — In a season of the most wild and crazy eliminations ever seen on a game show — including players being strapped to the wing of a biplane, run over by a monster truck, or launched off a 350 foot cliff in the back of a pickup truck — the Season Finale of “101 Ways to Leave a Game Show” will not disappoint. It’s anybody’s game to win with $50,000 on the line. Eight contestants put their knowledge to the ultimate test as they each try to avoid a wrong answer that may get them eliminated in the craziest ways imaginable. Players will be attached to an anchor and sunk in the ocean, launched out of a World War II cannon into the harbor, dropped high off a steaming ship into shark infested waters, and dumped into the ocean in a cart full of fish. The lucky four who survive each round will face a ten-story drop from The Tower for a chance to win the grand prize. The Season Finale of “101 Ways to Leave a Game Show” airs TUESDAY, JULY 26 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Jeff Sutphen (Nickelodeon’s “BrainSurge”) hosts.

“101 Ways to Leave a Game Show” is produced by Endemol USA. Matt Kunitz (“Wipeout,” “Fear Factor”) is executive producer. David Goldberg is the chairman of Endemol North America.

The show is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
