NEW YORK, NY – December 6, 2010 – Sundance Film Festival announced today that producer Maria Cuomo Cole’s short documentary “Living for 32” has been selected for the Festival’s Short Film Program at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival.

Directed by Kevin Breslin, “Living for 32” is the inspirational true story of Colin Goddard, a survivor of the tragic Virginia Tech massacre that took place on April 16th, 2007.  Goddard’s passion, charisma and optimism have commanded the attention of the American public and media ever since that horrific day which left 32 dead and 17 injured.  The film is a powerful portrait of Goddard, his account of the terror he and his classmates endured, and the courageous journey of renewal and hope he chose to pursue.
