JULIE CHEN, HOST OF CBS’S “BIG BROTHER” AND “THE TALK”, PRESENTS THE “TOP TEN REASONS TO WATCH THE NEW SEASON OF ‘BIG BROTHER,'” ON THE “LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN,” TUESDAY, AUGUST 2

Julie Chen, host of the CBS reality series, “Big Brother,” and daytime talk show, “The Talk,” presents the “Top Ten Reasons to Watch the New Season of ‘Big Brother'” on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, Tuesday, August 2.  While this is not Chen’s first visit to the LATE SHOW, it will mark her first time presenting the Top Ten List.

 

Among the items she presents include number 7:  “It’s the only show on CBS that isn’t about inspecting corpses”; number 6:  “Economy stinks, too hot outside – what else are you gonna do?” and number 5: “It’s the only place you can see stuff like this,” which is accompanied by video of houseguests participating in “Big Brother’s” notorious “Have/Have Not” competitions.        Chen’s entire Top Ten List can be seen tonight (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

 

Chen has been host of “Big Brother” since its debut on the Network in July 2000.  The popular reality series, currently in its 13th season, can be seen Sundays  and Wednesdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), with the live eviction show broadcast Thursdays (9:00-10:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).   Chen also hosts CBS’s daily daytime talk show, “The Talk,” along with Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini.  “The Talk” is broadcast weekdays (2:00-3:00 PM, ET; 1:00-2:00 PM, PT).

Also featured on the LATE SHOW tonight are actor Ricky Gervais, television personality Cat Deeley and a performance from musical guests Explosions in the Sky.
