Actors Kristen Bell, Eddie Izzard and Jean Reno Join Ferguson as He Presents Special Editions of “THE LATE LATE SHOW” from Iconic Paris Landmarks

LE LATE LATE SHOW AVEC CRAIG FERGUSON – a week of special episodes of THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG FERGUSON filmed in Paris – will air Monday, August 1 through Friday, August 5 (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

“It’s a great day for us because we made it here, to Paris!” exclaimed Craig Ferguson as he filmed the show in front of the Eiffel Tower.  “We don’t have a studio, we don’t have any lighting, but that never stopped us in America and it’s not going to stop us here!”

In a first for late-night television, Ferguson presents his show from some of the most celebrated Paris locations, including the Eiffel Tower, Château de Versailles, the Louvre, Pont Des Artes Bridge, Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge and the Tour d’Argent restaurant.

“We filmed these episodes in and around one of the most beautiful cities in the world, without setting foot inside a television studio or production facility, giving the shows a unique look and feel,” said producer Michael Naidus.

Throughout the week, Kristen Bell joins Ferguson as he explores French culture and Paris’ most famous historical sites.  In addition to interviews with Eddie Izzard, Jean Reno and Jean-Michel Cousteau, Ferguson also interacts with notable Parisians such as Shakespeare & Company bookstore owner Sylvia Whitman, luxury shoe designer Christian Louboutin, royal historian Stéphane Bern and Marie-Anne Cantin, owner of the city’s premiere cheese shop.  THE LATE LATE SHOW characters Geoff Peterson, Secretariat and Sid and Wavy will also make appearances on the Paris shows.

THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG FERGUSON regularly airs weeknights (12:37-1:37 AM, ET/PT) following broadcasts of the “Late Show with David Letterman” on CBS.  THE LATE LATE SHOW is executive produced by Peter Lassally and is a 2009 Peabody Award recipient.
