Good news for “GLEE” fans! Chord Overstreet who played “Sam Evans” in Season 2 makes his return to McKinley High.
Executive Producer Ryan Murph and “GLEE” co-creator said, “We love Chord and have always said that we wanted him back. So here’s an early Christmas present for all the Gleeks—Sam is coming back to McKinley, and just in time for sectionals!â€
Overstreet, to many fans dismay, was let go after season two and it was learned that Sam has been living in a motel since his father lost his job. It was revealed in season three that Sam and his father moved out of the state.
Chord Overstreet will be back for a multi-episode arc beginning in December.
Chord said, “I had the best time on GLEE and couldn’t be more excited to be returning”.
