BRENDON RETURNS TO HIS FIANCE AND TO THE “BIG BROTHER” HOUSE AFTER WINNING AMERICA’S VOTE

Lawon’s Eviction Plans Backfire When He Fails to Beat Brendon in a Competition to Return to the House

During last night’s LIVE eviction on BIG BROTHER, the Houseguests voted to evict Lawon, the 39-year-old legal file clerk from Urbana, Ill., who now resides in Inglewood, Calif., by a vote of 6-0.  Lawon had campaigned for votes to leave with the hope that the new twist would enable him to come back into the game with an advantage over the other players.

Following the eviction ceremony, Host Julie Chen informed the Houseguests that the new BIG BROTHER twist would pit Lawon against the evicted Houseguest who won America’s Vote in a competition to return to the BIG BROTHER house.

With more than 1 million votes, Brendon was announced the winner of America’s Vote.

Lawon and Brendon faced off in a live “That’s How We Roll” competition where they each had to roll 14 distinct balls – representing each of the original Houseguests – up his respective ramp.  Brendon completed the competition first and has returned to the BIG BROTHER house.

Chen’s interview with Lawon is available on http://www.cbs.com/.  The HOH competition and winner will be revealed during the BIG BROTHER episode airing Sunday, Aug. 14.

BIG BROTHER is broadcast three nights weekly, Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), Wednesdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and the LIVE eviction show, hosted by Julie Chen, Thursdays (9:00-10:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).

BIG BROTHER follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with more than 52 cameras and 95 microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day.  Each week, the Houseguests will vote someone out of the house.  At the end, the last remaining House Guest will receive the grand prize of $500,000.
