BRAVO’S “WATCH WHAT HAPPENS: LIVE” SCORES HIGHEST LATE NIGHT TELECAST IN NETWORK HISTORY

Series Bests Late Night Staples “Jimmy Kimmel Live” And “Chelsea Lately”

NEW YORK – March 11, 2010 – Bravo’s newest late-night craze “Watch What Happens: Live” sweeped the competition Thursday night, beating out “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and “Chelsea Lately” in the ratings and marking its highest rated telecast ever among all key demos. During the March 4 episode, “Watch What Happens: Live” delivered 952,000 adults 18-49 and 1.275 total viewers, topping late night staples “Jimmy Kimmel Live” by 44 percent among adults 18-49 (vs. 662,000) and E!’s “Chelsea Lately” by 58 percent among adults 18-49 (vs. 604,000) and 41 percent among total viewers (vs. 906,000). Additionally, the episode earned Bravo”s highest rated telecast ever in the 12-12:30am time period among adults 18-49 ant total viewers, and saw triple digit increases versus the prior week’s episode, with a whopping 167 percent increase among and a 119 percent increase respectively.

Joining host Andy Cohen on the couch tonight at Midnight (tape delayed PT) will be Jill Zarin from “The Real Housewives of New York City” and Nene Leakes from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Next week, on Thursday, March 18 at Midnight (tape delayed PT), tune in for singing sensation Patti LaBelle and “Real Housewives” star Kelly Bensimon. Upcoming guests include actress Brooke Shields, TV and Broadway darling Kristin Chenoweth, and celebrated actor Liam Neeson.

“Watch What Happens: Live” features guests from some of Bravo’s most popular series, as well as from the world of entertainment, politics and pop culture. The series includes lively debates on everything from fashion, the latest Housewives drama, to what celebrity is making headlines that week. The show airs Thursdays at midnight and past guests include Sarah Jessica Parker, Kelly Ripa, Anderson Cooper, Congressman Barney Frank, Lance Bass, Levi Johnston – as well as numerous Bravolebrities.
